4.50 from Paddington is a detective fiction novel by Agatha Christie, published in 1957. It is part of the series about Miss Marple. Mrs Elspeth McGillicuddy, an elderly lady, witnessed the murder of a young woman on the opposite train. In a while, the train left, and so did Mrs McGillicuddy's train. What if she just imagined it?
