"Resurrection" is the last novel by Leo Tolstoy, published in 1899. The author tells the tragic story of Katyusha Maslova, unjustly accused by the district court for embezzlement of money and the death of the merchant Smelkov. Dmitri Nekhlyudov, who once offended Maslova, is trying to help the girl.
