«The Ode» in Dutch with a Parallel Translation

"The Ode" is a novel that tells the story of the young poet, Order, and his love for the beautiful and mysterious Aurika whom he meets in Florence. She becomes his inspiration, but he cannot find an approach to her personality and thus falls in love with her from afar. Nevertheless, their relationship develops when Order returns to the Netherlands where Aurika lives and begins his writing career as a journalist.
